Artwork for Talking Heads
The Talking Heads production (taking place every Sunday April - June and again in the fall) is a challenge -- an exciting one.
These monologues present a challenge from a theatrical point of view -- they were written for television, and they are great fun for the actors. What actor doesn't LOVE being all alone onstage.
For the artwork (there will be posters, flyers, a web page and slides in the performance iteself), I'm continuing to play with the sort of pop art, retro look that I'm obsessed with lately. I love the bright colors, and the way the photograph transforms as you apply different color filters, etc.
Anyway, this is the first installment, Claire Kolb as Susan. The show will go up in April. Hope you'll come to see it :)
